                  立式液下泵管道受損是由哪些原因導致的?

                    立式液下泵優異的耐磨性、耐沖擊性、抗蠕變性,同時還具有*的耐腐蝕性,該泵適宜輸送處于低位槽中的,-20℃~90℃范圍內的酸性、堿性料漿或清液。輕松解決了用臥式泵輸送低位槽中的液體時,所存在的工作不可靠,以及跑冒滴漏問題,明顯改善了現場環境衛生。但也會接受到客戶反饋液下泵的管道會出現損壞的現象,那么是什么因素造成的呢?
                   
                    1、耐腐蝕液下泵水管的直徑,管徑對于管損的影響很大的,例如:在流量100L/分的情況下,管徑的管損是會管徑的20倍以上。
                   
                    2、耐腐蝕液下泵的流量,相同口徑的水管,它的流量越大,管損就越大,舉例水管流量300L/分,所產生的管損,會是流量100L/分之時的6倍以上。
                   
                    3、液下泵各種閥門彎頭,這些會對水流的壓力產生管損。但是為了計算上的方便所有的閥門彎頭產生之管損都會化成相當于多少米的直管長度所產生的管損來看。
                   
                    4、耐腐蝕液下泵管路材質,不同材質的水管,其內部液體的附著力和粗糙度,所產生的管損是不同的。舉例就清水而言,PVC管的管損,就只有鋼管的75%而已;而液體粘度越大,則管損愈大。
