                  淺析煙氣脫硫循環泵發生故障的因素有哪些?

                    煙氣脫硫循環泵‍結構合理,具有運行穩定、噪音振動低、可靠性高、壽命長等優點,是堿液、醇類、各種有機溶劑等介質的理想輸送設備。是鋼鐵、電力、環保等行業煙氣治理、空氣凈化工程中*的通用機械設備。在一定溫度和濃度范圍內能耐各種腐蝕性介質(酸、堿、鹽)及有機溶劑,在20℃和100℃的80種有機溶劑中浸漬30d.外表無任何反?,F象,其它物理性能也幾乎沒有變化。
                   
                    故障影響因素:
                   
                    (1)入口濾網堵塞。由于設備長時間運行,吸收塔防腐襯膠老化造成有部分襯膠脫落,粘附在入口濾網上。入口濾網為PP濾網,會隨著機組長時間運行,出現老化損壞的情況。吸收塔在維護完成后,由于維護人員未能清理完所有的雜物。吸收塔生成較多的石膏結品未成及時排走。
                   
                    (2)泵體的機械密封坯磨損。機封密封水的壓力丕足或存在雜質,會對機械蜜封環造成磨損。如密封水壓力丕大于泵的出口壓力,對機封冷卻和密封,如若存在雜質,漿液會流進機封的動靜環里,以致機封磨損。同理,密封水長期也會加劇。
                   
                    (3)軸承箱的滲油、溫度高、振動大。軸承箱油封磨損或端蓋螺栓斷裂等原因造成滲油。而油封磨損會讓外部的機封水或機封漏漿進入到軸承箱內,致油質變差而降低冷卻后果。軸承與軸承箱的間隙過大或過小,泵體葉輪磨損會導致軸承振動大。
                   
                    (4)進出口管道結垢嚴重。長時間停運漿液循環泵時,未能將管道內的漿液沖洗干凈,結垢在管壁上,當再次啟泵時,由于漿液流量不暢造成管道振動嚴重。其他的原因如漿液濃度過高、減速機的冷卻水偏小、進出口大小頭破損嚴重、電機電流偏小等也發生過,也是不容忽視的因素。
